*The voucher is valid for three months upon the date of redemption. Voucher is not valid upon expiration.
*The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
*The voucher must be fully utilised in single transaction and any unused balance value will be forfeited.
*One Living Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of cash voucher and no replacement shall be provided.
*One Living Sdn Bhd reserved the right to omit, add or amend the Terms & Conditions hereof from the existing terms & conditions with immediate effect.

How to Redeem

Step 1: Present your mobile device with an open gift voucher to the merchant staff.
Step 2: Click on the e-voucher.
Step 3: Merchant staff will validate to complete the redemption process.
