How to Redeem

Step 1: Launch your Touch ‘n Go eWallet app and click “Reload eWallet”
Step 2: Click on TNG Reload Pin
Step 3: Enter the 10-digit Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN and click submit to reload your eWallet.

* The Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN must only be used to reload Touch ‘n Go eWallet
* The Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload PIN is not returnable/refundable once issued.
* The Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload PIN cannot be resold, or exchanged for cash, or any other forms of legal tender
* The Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload PIN shall be the responsibility of the Customer to utilize the PIN before the expiry date.
* TNG Digital shall not be responsible for any expired, lost or stolen TNG eWallet Reload PIN, and it shall not be replaced.
