  3. What is in the Watch package?

    The contactless watch will come along with a ‘Watch Card’. The watch card has the function of Touch ‘n Go that enabled reload and payment.

  4. What is the selling price of the watch?

    The retail price is at RM253.34 (inclusive 6% GST) via (SHIPPING FEES IS IMPOSED).

  5. Does the package come with the ‘Touch ‘n Go Card’ or only watch itself?

    The package with the price offered comes with the ‘Watch card’ that has Touch ‘n Go function for Reload and Payment. There is NO VALUE in the card and you need to reload value for usage purpose.

  6. Does the watch function like ‘SmartTAG’ and could be used at SmartTAG Lane at toll plaza?

    The watch is NOT a ‘SmartTAG’. It cannot be used as ‘SmartTAG’ at toll plaza.

    It is a watch with Touch ‘n Go function. You need to “Touch” on the reader at any Touch ‘n Go enabled locations - retail merchant outlets such as Watsons, Baskin Robbins, Tesco etc., Parking & Transit such as LRT or ride a bus.

  7. Is there a special method to reload and use the watch?

    No. Reload to the watch card is as normal Touch ‘n Go card. You can reload at any of Touch ‘n Go reload locations : Touch ‘n Go Hub, Touch ‘n Go Spots, Customer Service Centre at Highway, Watsons, Tesco, Mydin, 7-Eleven,, KK Supermart, Guardian, Petronas, Shell, Petron, Caltex , BHPetrol and many more..

    You can use it to make payment at any of Touch ‘n Go merchants:

  9. What is the maximum reload amount to the watch?

    A minimum of RM10 to a maximum of RM1,500 for each watch.

  10. Does the watch come with warranty service?

    Yes, warranty period is 1 year from date of purchase.

  11. How should I register for the watch warranty?

    You just fill in details on the original warranty card and keep the copy.

  12. How to claim my warranty service if my watch has faulty?

  13. How to claim my warranty if I have lost my warranty card or sales of receipt?

    If you purchase the unit via, we can try to look for your purchase details from our system.

    Please provide us your Full Name, NRIC and Contact number for checking purpose.

    However, if you purchase at other event or retail outlet, we are sorry to inform that we NEED the original copy warranty card for warranty claim purpose.

  14. Do I need to register my watch card with Touch ‘n Go features?

    Yes, we encourage you to register the watch card so that you can view your card transactions and protect your watch card balance. Please visit for the registration.

  15. Is there any expiry date for the watch card?

    Your watch card has a lifespan of 10 years.

  16. Will my watch card become dormant?

    Yes. To avoid watch card deactivation and imposition of dormant fees, please ensure to use or reload your watch card at least once a year.

  17. If I lost my watch card, where can I get the replacement?

    Visit DCR Marketing Office, DCR Marketing Sdn Bhd (718792-P) to report lost and get the replacement.

  19. Are you able to block the usage of the watch card once I reported lost?

    If you have registered your watch card, we are able to deactivate and refund the balance amount of the watch card. Lost card Terms and Conditions apply.

  20. Do I need to pay for the replacement watch card?

    For a manufacturing defect watch card, no replacement fee will be charged.

  21. For a physically defect/ lost or stolen watch card, a replacement fee of RM10.60 (inclusive 6% GST) will be charged.

  22. Is the watch water proof?

    It is NOT water proof. It is only allow for splash proof.

  23. Is this the only design or colour you have?

    At current, it is only Black & White Series. Stay Tuned for more design and colour.

  24. Can I change my strap colour?

    Yes, you can buy any extra strap from any watch shop at the retail as the watch is using universal watch connector, the watch shop can change anytime for you.

  27. Is the watch battery operated? Can I change my battery at any watch shop out there?

    Yes, you can change the battery at any of the watch shop.

  28. If the part of the watch is missing or buckle is spoilt, where can I get the replacement?

    Yes. You can visit any watch shop at retail outlet for the replacement.

  29. Can I go to any Touch ‘n Go hub / kiosk / petrol station / ATM machines for the reload?

    Yes, you can.

  30. Is there any reload charge if I reload with the watch?

    No reload fee is charged if you reload with the watch at Touch ‘n Go Hubs and locations which does not impose reload service fee including DCR Marketing Office. The reload service fee is charged at some of the appointed reload agents. For details, please logon to

    No. It does not have an ‘auto-reload’ function.

  32. How can I get my monthly statement on the usage of my watch?

    You need to register your watch card so that you can view your monthly statement from MYTouchnGo Portal.

  33. How do I make a purchase via

  34. Why do I need to register as a member?

    Only registered members are able to make a purchase via as we will require all your personal details such as e-mail address, contact number, correspondence address to confirm you orders. Moreover we will also update you from time to time on our latest promotions and new arrivals.

  37. How much is your shipping charges?

    To find out how much shipping will cost, add the items you are interested in, to your shopping cart. Note that in doing this, you are not obligated to purchase these products. When viewing your shopping cart, you will see an option called 'Check Out'. When selecting this option, you will be forwarded to the “Billing & Shipping Details Page.' Please enter your shipping address and shipping method and your shipping charge will appear.

  38. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

    Yes! We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

  39. What does ‘pre-order’ mean?

    ‘Pre-order’ is for selected products which are in production and will be ready in a few months’ time. However, customers who are keen on the products can ‘pre-order’ them so we are able to send out the products once the product(s) is ready.

  40. Note : For all pre-order items. the payments will be collected upfront and no partial payment will be entertained. All orders and allocation of preordered stocks will be based on a first come first basis.

    Yes. Once you have completed your online order, our customer service will contact you either by E-mail or direct phone call.

  43. Will you share my information with anyone else?

    No! We value your information given to us for purchase purposes; will not resell your information to any 3rd party. Please refer to "PRIVACY POLICY" section for more information.

  44. I have bank in cash or direct bank transfer to your company bank account. What's next?

    We appreciate your effort in banking the money or transferring your money online. In order to confirm your transaction, we appreciate that you fax or email the bank-in slip or online transaction detail. We will process your order within 48 hours upon receipt of your details & confirmation of payment received. Our customer service will contact you to confirm the receipt of payment within 24 hours.

  45. When would you send my orders?

    We will only ship your orders once we have confirmed on the receiver of the payment.

  46. What is your Shipping Policy?

    Delivery would be made either via Pos Laju Courier Service Provider (throughout Malaysia) or Dispatch Direct Shipping (for KL & PJ area only)

    For an oversea order, we would not be responsible if the ordered item is held by your country’s custom department, or is taxed.

    We will ship out the item(s) within 7 working days after confirmed receiving your payment.

    Turnaround time of delivery is as follows:

    * 7 working days for delivery within the KL and Selangor

    * 14 working days for other regions in Peninsular Malaysia

    * 21 working days for Sabah & Sarawak

    A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours (via e-mail) after the items have been dispatched. In the event the tracking number is not activated via the said shipping company’s website, the customer is required to contact the shipping company directly.

    In the event the shipped parcel is returned to us for whatever reason i.e. wrong address, no one to accept the parcel and etc., we will not be responsible for the re-send shipping fee. Please note that Poslaju items will usually be kept for 10-14 days for normal mail items and 30 days for Registered Air Mail. Customers are advised to contact the Pos Laju @ 1-300-300-300 or nearest branch for collection or 2nd attempt delivery. Otherwise resend charges will be imposed.

    If the parcel is damaged or tempered, customer should open the package for further inspection before signing the acceptance or acknowledgement slip.

    Customer should not sign to receive it, if any item(s) is missing or visibly damaged due to handling.

    Customer should contact us within 2 days upon parcel received to avoid any disputes or complaints.

    For multiple items orders, the package might be delivered separately. The notification will be written on the acknowledgment slip.

  47. Are there any other shipping options?

    No, at this moment, we only use Pos Laju services (throughout Malaysia) or dispatch direct shipping services (for KL & PJ area only). You can choose to self-collect the item from our office; waiver of shipping fees would be implied.

  48. The products that I purchased can I send it to a 3rd party?

    Yes, once your transaction is approved, you may instruct us to send to any one you wish.

  49. Can I come and self-collect the products I purchased?


    Yes, you can. Our office address is Marketing Office (HQ). We are open from Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm. Please present your IC / PASSPORT for verification purpose.

  50. Can I assign someone to collect the products I purchased?

    Yes, you can. Please do ensure your representative brings along your original authorization letter and a Photostat copy of your IC/PASSPORT as the purchaser.

  51. Is there a proof of purchase or receipt provided on the product purchase?

    Yes, a tax invoice receipt would be provided together with the parcel delivered.

  52. What if the item received is damaged or Defective?

    You can either contact us at +603-7710 8103 or send us an email @ reported the damage within 2 days upon receiver of product. We will then guide you to return the damaged or defective items, and we will make a new replacement to you. Processing your return usually takes about 7 - 14 working days from the day we receive your complaint.

    Alternate, you are always welcome to walk in to our Customer Service Centre @ C-3-03, Capital 3, Oasis Square, for the claim.

  53. Are you arranging someone to collect the defect unit from me?

    We are sorry to inform that you have to send in the defect unit by yourself to our Customer Service Centre @ No.2, Jalan PJU 1A/7A, Ara Damansara, for the claim.

    Alternate, we can arrange special pick-up from your address but charger is implied as per below:-

    > Peninsular Malaysia – RM12.00 (included pick-up & resend charger)

    > East Malaysia – RM18.60 (included pick-up & resend charger)

    Note: Processing your return usually takes about 7 - 14 working days from the day we receive your complaint.

  54. Can I place my orders by Faxing in, Calling in or Walking in to your office?

    order form is proof of purchase for the purpose of avoiding disputes later on.

  62. How would you inform / update us on the status of the transaction?

    Once we receive your form, we will call up for the verification. We will process the order with the respective banks and obtain the approval code. Then, we will inform/update you on the status of the transaction via one of the ways stated below:
