  2. Why is there a fee being charged on my purchases?

    The fee is a fulfillment fee charged as part of the processing cost and admin charges.

  3. Is there a minimum or maximum amount that I can buy via giftvoucher.my.?

    Yes there is.
    The minimum amount for each transaction is RM50.00 per day per person, where else the maximum amount will be at RM2500 per day per person.

  4. If I wish to purchase a higher amount, how can I go about doing this?

  5. The vouchers that I purchased can I send it to a 3rd party?

    Yes, once your transaction is approved you may instruct us to send to any one you wish.

  6. Can I come and self-collect the vouchers?

    Yes, you can come and collect the vouchers at our office as per address given below upon payment is approved and obtain self-collection confirmation from DCR staff:

  7. What happens if my vouchers get lost/stolen?

    You will need to contact each individual merchants directly as we are unable to reissue any stolen, damage or expired vouchers.

  8. How long are the vouchers valid for?

    All our vouchers minimum are valid for 3 months to a maximum of 1 year. This varies from each voucher. Please click or select the individual voucher for more information.

  9. Where can I use these Cash Vouchers? Can I use them for online purchases?

    All vouchers can only be utilized at the designated retail outlet, you may find out more by selecting and clicking on each individual voucher you required.

  10. Do I pay 8% GST for the vouchers purchased?

    Vouchers are zero rated items so there are no GST charges.

  11. I wish to purchase the vouchers for corporate usage, who should I contact?

  12. Can I assign someone to collect the vouchers?

    Yes, you can as long as original authorization letter and a photostat copy of purchaser’s IC/PASSPORT are provided, upon payment is approved.

  13. What happens if my vouchers get missing upon delivery?

    Please make the report to our customer service during office hours at +603 7832 6103 within 3 working days upon receive of the parcel. Any complaint received the “days” after will not be attended. Suggested to buy insurance coverage upon delivery.

    Insurance coverage option is available for purchase of RM300 and above.

  14. Is there any fees charge for insurance coverage upon delivery?

    It is a minimum 2.15% charge on the total amount of voucher purchased.

  15. How to proceed with insurance coverage upon delivery for my voucher purchase?

    Please choose "insurance coverage" at checkout section before you proceed to make payment for your purchase.

  16. Is there any restriction on the usage of the voucher?

    Please refer to the Terms & Conditions stated under “product additional information” under each merchant.

  17. Can I cancel my order and get the refund upon payment is made?

    No cancellation, exchange and refund are allowed once payment is approved.

  18. Can I renew the voucher purchased at giftvoucher.my. upon expiry date?

    No renewal of expiry dates request would be entertained.

  19. Do I allow making the payment with credit card (either personal or corporate) for the voucher purchase?

    No, only direct bank transfer or cheque payment is acceptable.

  20. Is there a proof of purchase or receipt provided on the voucher purchase?

    Yes, a tax invoice receipt would be provided.

  21. What is the delivery turnaround time upon payment confirmation?

    It is depend on stock availability upon order is taking place as we served the order first comes first basis. Standard turnaround time would be:-

    > 7 working days – within Klang Valley
    > 14 working days – Peninsular Malaysia
    > 21 working days – Sabah & Sarawak
